Profiles

John Clavijo
John has experienced what it takes for a company to act fast to become a leader. Formerly Director of Creative Services at WebMD Corporation, John was an original employee of Endeavor Technologies (prior to its emergence as WebMD). Overseeing the integrity of communication materials while maintaining strong identity for the corporation was his primary responsibility. This was accomplished through multiple forms of communications including printed materials, electronic presentations and web based tools.

His career includes four years at a marketing communications firm overseeing design for accounts such as American Express, UPS, IBM, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many other top ranking organizations.

Danny Clavijo
To serve and protect the client’s marketing strategy and goals ... this has been the role for Danny Clavijo over the course of a 20 year career. With a wide range of experience in advertising, marketing and communications, Danny is well prepared to coordinate every phase of the development process. It is his responsibility to ensure each project is a sparkling success.

He gained valuable experience while wearing many hats with an Atlanta ad agency and had a load of fun serving as the graphic designer for a production company filming "Pet Sematary II". Danny was Creative Director and Marketing Manager of a nationally renowned business forms and checks manufacture for 8 years, developing sales and marketing tools for a network of more than 7000 distributors nationwide.

Julie Marijanich
Julie handles billing, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable at New Diameter, as well as preparing our internal financial statements. She has been counting beans for over 12 years, after attending Purdue University, West Lafayette. She came to New Diameter 2004 primarily as a bookkeeper but now wears many hats within the company and oversees day-to-day office management.

Diane N. Bates
Diane Bates, a skilled marketer, combines over 17 years of experience directing marketing programs for some of Atlanta’s fastest growing technology companies with her training as writer, having been both a newspaper reporter and a college journalism instructor.

As a technology marketer, Diane has helped position companies for both acquisition and IPO’s as well as for steady growth and profitability. Instrumental in building one of the first business sites on the Web, she has been responsible for the marketing development of over 12 major corporate Web sites.

Diane headed up marketing for Peachtree Software, COIN Systems, KeyTrak, Inc., Melita International, and PaySys International and worked on marketing campaigns and planning for companies that included BellSouth, Atlanta Gas Light, Intec Telecom, and SelfTest Software. Additionally, she was a partner in an Internet start-up where she was Vice President of Marketing and a key part of the product design team.

Named one of the most influential women in Atlanta technology, Diane has won numerous national awards and recognition for marketing and public relations programs as well as trade show events. She has both a B.A. and a M.A. degree from Northwestern State University.
